We at cyLEDGE love to individualize our life. And we’re sure that you do as well. Due to this huge amount of configurators, which enable us to customize our life (take a look at the configurators database!), this is getting really easy. Nearly everything seems to be customizable – apart from the people that surround us ;)
Don’t worry, we don’t want to drive you to act like Frankenstein and build your very own perfect friends and family. But we’ve found something, which is really helpful to customize the platform, which is used by everybody to share thoughts, opinions, family portraits, election results and even the season finale of Breaking Bad: Facebook.
What we’re talking about is a browser-tool called “Unwhatever.me”, which can be installed for “Chrome”. You just have to decide, which topics you don’t want to see anymore on your Facebook-wall and the tool will replace it with photos of kittens, bacon, actresses – the choice lies with you.
Because it seems, that everyone is annoyed of the always same things (spoilers, advertisements, politicians, religions, foodporn and holidays-snapshots, while you’re stuck in your cubicle), Unwhatever.me pre-developed some installable plugins, which automatically sort out this categories. For every individual Facebook-post-hater, there’s the possibility to enter own keywords.
We gave Unwhatever.me a try and are glad to announce, that it works and helps you to avoid the daily nervous breakdowns after scrolling through the wall.
